The City of Znojmo’s GIS for residents and officials
A modern map portal for the town of Znojmo, providing residents and town staff with access to dozens of thematic map applications. These include, for example, information on street cleaning by block, parking, town planning, town assets and technical infrastructure.
We use the Mapy.com REST API as one of the main map data sources across the entire city map portal. It is used to display base maps, search for addresses, access Street View and Panorama, and help users find their way around the area. We chose this API for its high-quality map data, regular updates, high availability and easy integration with OpenLayers technologies, which form the basis of our GIS solution.
