Web and iOS apps
Coffee Ride is a web and iOS app for planning cycling trips with good coffee along the way. Users can search for places or select points directly on the map, choose a road or gravel/MTB route profile, and have the app calculate the route. The app displays the distance, elevation gain and cafés from its own database along the route. It also allows you to add stops, import your own GPX files and re-export customised routes. The app can be used without registration.
We use the Mapy.com API to display outdoor maps, provide autocomplete suggestions and search for places, convert selected coordinates to place names, and calculate cycle routes between specified points. Requests from the web and iOS apps are routed via our own server proxy, so the API key is not stored in the client application. The data obtained is used solely for interactive route planning and displaying the route to the user. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising profiling.
