Postboxes shown on the map
The service can display postboxes from the Czech Post’s list on the map. At present, it only displays those for which the exact location has been specified using coordinates in the data file. Such postboxes account for roughly 85% of the list.
Thanks to the integration with Mapy.cz, you can view Panorama (images of the location) and find the postbox precisely using a virtual street view.
The Mapy.com API is used as the base map on which postboxes are displayed. It is also used by Panorama to determine the exact location of a postbox and for geocoding – search and autocomplete.
