MyMountains
Mobile app for mountain tourists
MyMountains is a social app designed for mountain hikers, created by enthusiasts to help users discover trails, document trips, and earn badges. Users can create routes by selecting points on a map, add photos to confirm hikes and earn points automatically, and build a personal collection of achievements through unique badges and challenges.
I’m using Mapy.cz to provide users with highly detailed mountain trail maps for planning their trips. Mapy.cz map tiles are shown during the trip creation process and also when a user wants to view another user’s trail. Mapy.cz provides the most detailed and beautiful map tiles I’ve found.
