PragueSpotting – Pražský GeoGuessing
A web and mobile game for one or more players
Discover Prague through its panoramic views. An online geoguessing game for one or more players. Guess the locations of Prague’s hidden corners, from the historic centre to the outskirts.
The game displays random panoramic views of Prague. On the base map, the player marks their guess as to the location where the panorama was taken. Their accuracy is scored based on the distance on the map. In the game’s results screen, the player can see their guesses across all rounds on the base map. The same principle applies in multiplayer mode. I chose this API because of the quality and coverage of the Prague panoramas, as well as the detail and up-to-date nature of the map data.
