Hassle-free flat rental, with a rent guarantee
rentcare is a rental property management service for estate agents and landlords. rentcare s.r.o. rents the flat from the landlord and then sublets it, meaning the landlord has no direct relationship with the tenant and continues to receive rent even in the event of non-payment. rentcare takes care of contracts, electronic signatures, direct debits, tenant vetting, tenancy insurance, a 24/7 emergency service and tax documentation. The estate agent remains the owner’s partner, helps to let the flat and receives a regular monthly commission for each flat under management.
rentcare is a web application for managing rental flats. We use the Mapy.com API when creating a flat entry for address suggestions and verification (suggest endpoint) and in the flat details page for a static map view (static map). All requests are made from our server; the key is never sent to the browser, and the number of autocomplete queries is limited.
