Open GPX files from your app directly in Mapy.com

We’ve expanded Mapy.com URLs with the new /gpx function. You can now offer users an “Open in Mapy.com” action on your website or in your app to open a GPX file directly in Mapy.com on the web or in the mobile app.

Mapy.com downloads the file from the specified URL and starts the standard GPX import process. The same rules and limitations apply as with manual imports, including the requirement to sign in to a Mapy.com account.

To create the link, simply provide the GPX file’s address in the url parameter, ensuring it is properly URL-encoded. Like all other Mapy.com URLs, this function is free to use and does not require an API key.
